I founded The Cotswold Career Concierge with three aims:

  1. First, to empower talented individuals to rediscover their passions and build authentic, fulfilling careers that provide the foundation for long-term success, meaningful impact and personal and professional acceleration.

  2. Second, to transform the way we work by ensuring employers understand the crucial link between employee wellbeing, fulfilment and productivity levels. We are moving with real purpose to educate leaders on the power of authentic careers and collaborative employee growth, driving positive transformation in workplace culture.

  3. And third, to disrupt outdated career advice in a world filled with false narratives and misleading guidance. We are committed to delivering transparent insights and game-changing strategies that help our clients and young people to overcome barriers, take control of their futures and thrive in careers that truly align with who they are.

I see you. I understand. I’ve been there - facing career adversities and barriers first-hand. Empowering others has always been my calling, and after years of hands-on experience running large recruitment programs for corporations, I knew something had to change.  I recognised the need for innovative consultancy that prioritised the needs of individuals and their growth and acceleration first - before business needs - ensuring they had the opportunity to reach their full potential in a fulfilling and authentic way - prioritising their passions and delivering impact that was important to them.  For over 8 years, I have been empowered my clients careers and I continue to drive real impact.  I am incredibly proud of the difference we continue to make in this sector.

With over 20 years professional experience in Career Consultancy, Recruitment Strategy, Business Lecturing and Mentoring, I have built networks across the voluntary, government and private sectors and have worked within start-ups and large corporate entities.  In addition to managing large recruitment campaigns for Experienced Professionals, Internship & Apprenticeship Programs across England, the Middle East, Turkey & Africa, I have also recruited and retained talent programs for smaller organisations.  I am a business mentor, an experienced lecturer with a specialism in Business & Customer Excellence and have delivered qualifications for many years across these subjects.  I am also experienced at supporting individuals with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties or Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC), particularly in relation to navigating the recruitment process.

I am a qualified lecturer and a professionally qualified fellowship member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation.  As well as running my own consultancy practice, I am a committed business and employability mentor for The Kings Trust, a business ambassador for Society Without Abuse (formerly Swindon Women's Aid) and a business mentor for The Growth Hub.  For 4 years, I also volunteered as a panel member for His Majesties Youth Justice Service, supporting under 19-year-olds with Reparation & Rehabilitation.

My greatest achievement to date has to have been spearheading the Gender Diversity Research Initiative on behalf of one of the world’s largest Global Semiconductor Companies.  To not only identify the gender diversity gaps but to create the necessary recruitment and retention initiatives required to work towards closing these discrepancies was an incredibly rewarding project to manage.

Finally, my passions! They are cars, farming, family and friends (oh, and alliteration)!
