Finding Career Fulfilment: it's more than just the money!

Money is the ultimate motivation for many...

I do it for the money

Enough money to live and enjoy life to the full is so important. But earning lots of money in a job that doesn't inspire you, doesn't enhance your success or make you happy just isn't worth it.

Sure, its easiest to sustain yourself in a job you know you can do, to convince yourself that you need the money and that these feelings of uncertainty will pass. For some that is true, but for the majority, sadly these feelings continue to fester until they start to damage your performance, or mental and physical health.

Rather wonderfully, we are all unique! We all have a desire to succeed, to achieve great things and we have our own individual talents and passions to offer. Having a career that allows you to positively enhance the world around you, that helps you to follow your calling and be most authentic version of you will still bring in the money, but also an abundance of personal and professional satisfaction. When we are fulfilled and passionate in our work, exciting things happen!

Next time you think your doing it for the money, ask yourself whether you are satisfied in your work and do you really need all that cash! Is it time to explore all the possibilities out there and prioritise career fulfilment? It's always a good time to give yourself the chance to be the best, most authentic and happy version of you!

Let's start a conversation. Share your thoughts...are you fulfilled in your work and have you found your authentic purpose? Reach out if you want to discuss this in more detail. If you are struggling, take advantage of my 30 minute complimentary session. That might be all the time you need to make some really important changes that could transform your satisfaction levels at work. You aren't alone.
